Hi, I’m Katie.

I’m the founder of Saga & Sage Assessments and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor–Supervisor (LPCC-S) in Ohio with more than a decade of experience in the mental health field.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and neurodivergence. Over time, I became especially interested in helping adults understand patterns that may have gone unnoticed—or unexplained—for years.

I created Saga & Sage to provide adult ADHD and autism assessments that feel thoughtful, collaborative, and human. I believe a good assessment should do more than determine whether you meet diagnostic criteria. It should help you better understand your experiences, strengths, challenges, and the way your mind works.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My clinical background includes community mental health, addiction treatment, and private practice.

At Saga & Sage, my goal is simple: to provide careful assessment, clear answers, and information you can actually use moving forward.

Meet Your Clinician

I approach assessment collaboratively and transparently. You'll know what we're looking at, why we're looking at it, and what your results mean.

Following your evaluation, you'll receive personalized feedback and a comprehensive report explaining the findings in understandable language, along with individualized recommendations and, when appropriate, documentation to support workplace or educational accommodations.

No confusing clinical jargon without explanation. No reducing you to a score. Just thoughtful assessment and clear answers.

What You Can Expect

More than a Diagnosis

The purpose isn't to fit you neatly into a box. It's to determine whether ADHD, autism, or another explanation best accounts for your experiences—and to give you meaningful information you can actually use.

Whether an assessment results in a diagnosis or not, you should leave the process with a clearer understanding of yourself.
